Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using UGC University ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UGC University provides educational content, community access, tools, and resources designed to help creators develop skills related to User-Generated Content (UGC). Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Online courses and training materials
• Community forums and group chats
• Templates, tools, and educational resources
• Educational job leads and brand opportunities
• Mobile and web applications, including the Deals Tracker App

3. Membership and Access

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3.2 Membership Tiers

UGC University offers the following tiers:

• Free Community – limited access to community spaces and select resources
• Premium Membership – full access to courses, tools, and resources
• Mastery Mentorship – application-only advanced mentorship program

Each tier provides different access levels and benefits, which may change over time.

3.3 Payment Terms

Premium Membership is available for:

• $397 one-time payment, or
• $97 per month for 6 total payments

Payment plans are not subscriptions. Access continues only while payments are successfully completed.

Lifetime access is granted only after all payment plan installments are completed in full.

Failure to complete all payments will result in loss of access and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Payments are processed through Whop.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.

4. Mastery Mentorship (Application-Only Program)

• Mastery Mentorship requires an application and approval.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
• Applicants are not charged during the application process.
• If accepted, separate payment terms will be provided.
• UGC University reserves the right to accept or decline applicants at its sole discretion.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share account access or login credentials
• Reproduce, resell, or distribute Service content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members
• Spam or promote unrelated products or services
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliations
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through UGC University—including videos, courses, templates, tools, written materials, and systems—is the intellectual property of UGC University and Max Goodrich.

You may not:

• Copy, record, screenshot, or distribute proprietary content
• Use content to train AI systems or create competing products
• Create derivative works for commercial use without permission

You retain ownership of content you personally create using the tools, provided it does not reproduce proprietary materials.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility requires:

• Completion of core course modules
• Demonstrated good-faith effort to implement the systems
• Submission of a request within 30 days of purchase

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of UGC University.

8. Service Modifications

UGC University may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
• Update content, tools, or features
• Change pricing for new members

Existing members retain access according to their purchase terms.

9. Account Termination

Access may be terminated for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraud or misuse
• Payment failure or disputes
• Disruptive or harmful behavior

Termination results in immediate loss of access.

10. Disclaimers

• Educational Use Only: No income, deal volume, or success outcomes are guaranteed.
• No Employment Guarantee: Brand deals and opportunities are not guaranteed.
• Third-Party Platforms: References to external platforms are educational only and imply no affiliation.

11. Limitation of Liability

UGC University shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

12. Privacy

Use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Community Standards

Community spaces are intended to be respectful and professional. Violations may result in removal without refund.

14. Changes to Terms

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which UGC University operates.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and UGC University.
